Upon rolling out with the grand opening we will hand over the hotel daily operation and property management to the HTB Hospitality Management to oversee all day-to-day property operations with strong ownership engagement, so you are always connected. This aggressive package with detailed services included for 2-3% of total net revenue as management fees.

With a focus on hotel franchising investment build out and hotel management, We offer two types of investment agreements, and our development team will help the investors and the share owners determine the most appropriate arrangement.
